Our Company
Who We Are
We’re structured as a worker cooperative—meaning our leadership is elected, and decisions are made with transparency.
This model helps us ensure everyone is compensated fairly for their contributions, and it gives each team member a real stake in the success of the work we do.
We know this kind of structure isn’t right for every business, and that’s okay. But for us, it’s a way to stay aligned with our values: collaboration, accountability, and a deep respect for the people behind the code.
What We Do
Smaller businesses deserve software that’s every bit as powerful and polished as what the biggest companies use.
We founded this company to bring that level of quality within reach — by building systems that are tailored, cost-effective, and designed to grow alongside the businesses they support.
Our mission goes beyond delivery. Most of our work is done through revenue share, meaning we don’t just build and walk away — we become true partners. We only succeed when our clients succeed. That alignment keeps us invested in solving your long-term success.
Why We Care
We’ve seen what the right software can do — how it can cut through chaos, save time, and unlock new opportunities. But we’ve also seen how often small businesses are left behind, stuck with generic tools, or squeezed by organizations with a resource advantage.
That’s why we started this company: not just to write great code, but to stand alongside the people building something from the ground up.
By making custom software accessible to everyone, we’re helping you thrive on your own terms — and pushing back, just a little, against a world that often favors the biggest players.
